  January 24, 2015 - Opened for two hours before tasting. The wine looks deep-garnet, leaning to brown-ish. There was moderate to heavy sediment in the bottle. Aromas were mineral, vanilla, bark, tobacco and tar. The body is medium/full. The wine has a wonderfully smooth texture with a long finish. The wine has medium to low acidity. This was a lovely bottle - the only one we had. I only wish we had more!
