  January 25, 2015 - Perfectly paired with Moroccan tagine. Dark ruby color, on nose red cherries, some strawberry, leather, hints of forest. On palate more cherry, some secondary flavors but mostly primary, velvety mouthfeel, a little heat. Good finish. Pleasant wine, drinks well now but has several years left.
