  January 26, 2015 - Initial taste showed green tobacco leaf. Slow ox for 4 hours coaxed out black cherries and cocoa powder. Powerful entry and full midpalate with a very long finish. Very tasty. Touch of smoke and some acidity wrap up the finish with a bit more air along with a hint of creamy butter showing up. Has certainly improved since the last tasting. Still needs some time to integrate all the elements in the finish but wouldn't hesitate to open another soon.
