  January 26, 2015 - Lively nose of Riesling-like notes of petrol and almost Ouzo-like nose: sweet almond, sweet spice, star anise, Cinnamon, fennel... last but no least ripe stone fruit and honey
  
  Palate: orange zest, kumquat, stone fruit, good acidity, high alcohol (14.5%) medium to full body, fennel, anise, strong minerality, white flower, sugarcane juice, chrysanthemum tea, a bit bitter then sweet finish.
  
  This 10 years old wine has developed some amazing secondary notes, need time to open up (in fact taste rounder and purer after 24 hrs), no a crowd-pleaser... but for those who enjoy the complexity of life...
