January 31, 2015 - Not sure of the exact blend of grapes. But this is definitely made in the "Caymus-style". Dark fruits, vanilla, oak, med finish. Very nice for the price.

8/16/15, 10:35 AM - But this has no cab or merlot in its blend. Syrah/petit Verdot/Syrah and Zinfandel. The Zin will show through at this stage while Syrah and Verdot may rise in a few years... Not caymus, I don't think.

8/16/15, 3:09 PM - I did not say this was Caymus. I said it was made in the "Caymus-style". It is made by Joe Wagner, son of Chuck Wagner of Caymus. My point was that like Caymus, this is a big fruit forward, heavily oak influenced red wine.
