February 5, 2015 - Aromatic nose, old world style, musty but bright, citrus, clean slate, crisp and a touch of butter, very interesting mix of Old and New World notes. Nice QPR, recommend.

2/6/15, 5:07 AM - any recommendation on a drinking window? Any plus side to holding these for a bit?

2/6/15, 7:43 PM - I'm far from an expert on white Burgundy, but I would say this is made to drink now. It has structure to last, probably gets interesting with some time, but more different than necessarily better. If I were to name a window, I'd say now-2020.
