February 8, 2015 - Tasted blind, this wine has a light amber color and almost no effervescence. The medium- intensity nose showed toffee, yeast, and an orange reduction.

In the mouth, this wine was a bit flabby and somewhat oxidized at first. After it aired for a while, the wine firmed up in the mouth. It gained some acidity and mineral components but unfortunately never lost the somewhat oxidized character.

This was entertaining but it is certainly not on an uphill slope.
