  February 8, 2015 - A wonderful California-style chardonnay. There is a lot going on in this wine - not simple at all. Layers of vanilla and hazelnut flavors. Good acidity balance. A little buttery from the MA fermentation, but not overpowering. Lip-smacking delicious on its own, but was an excellent accompaniment to blinis with truffle pearls, and with crab. So glad we have another bottle!
