  February 10, 2015 - An extraordinary wine! There is simply no other word. Fans of old Clos des Mouches Blanc will know exactly what I mean, but to others take note: this is a glorious wine. Two hours after opening, it continued to evolve: fresh, rich, complex, long. Had it been served blind, we would have all bet it was a great Montrachet or perhaps a Batard.
