February 12, 2015 - Light, pale yellow colour. Aromatic, fresh nose with notes of pears, green apples, lemon and a touch of minerals. On the palate the wine is light and fresh with notes of pears, green apples and lemon with a litter bitter twist at the end. Good, fruity and fresh, but not nearly as good as the 2011 vintage. Could improve with a couple of years in the cellar, but this bottle had more fruit than acid, so i'm not convinced.
Went well with a Bacalao a la vizcaína, but this is a summer wine if you ask me...

Better now! The fruit had settled down, and the minerals came forth! Very good! We had it with sauteed lemon sole and sallad. 88 p.1 person found this helpful 1,529 views
