  February 12, 2015 - Very interesting bottle. 9 years old, yet impetuously young. Drank over 3 nights, decanted twice and multiple vinturis, yet on the third night the tannins were still dominant and it hasn't reach opened up yet!
  
  Great legs on this one. They still line the glass a minute after swirling. A nice fruit flavor but mostly masked by the tannins. Amazing that even on the third night, the tannins on a 9 year old wine will give you cottonmouth! Color is a nice ruby red with a bit of tawny brown, almost like burned sugar.
  
  Best days are still ahead. 3 years? 5 years? Let's drink and see!
