  March 2, 2015 - If you want to introduce someone to an example of truffle profile in the form of a wine, this wine should be your first choice. I don't think that I have ever seen a better example of suave truffle in the nose or the flavor profile of a wine. The warmth and softness of the wine lets the truffle take over and linger, as it gives way to antique cedar and fruit. Fully mature, fully awesome!
