March 5, 2015 - Breathing for three hours brought out the fruit. The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like red currant and black currant (cassis). It tastes like forest floor and light toast. The body is medium/full. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity. Fulsome, smooth, enjoyable. Drink now.
