  March 12, 2015 - Huh, premoxed. Darker than it should've been, and scents and flavors were all about bruised apple. I don't (yet) have more than a few white Burgs with any age, and haven't encountered a premoxed one; but in the last year I've opened premoxed bottles of Albarino (two), Champagne, and now this Alsatian Pinot Blanc.

  7/27/16, 3:08 PM - You drank it to late. Pinot Blanc is with Sylvaner the Alsatian wine you drink in its youth on is fruit. I was at Deiss and tasted the range just like I did yesterday there. Drink those Young. Regards
