  March 24, 2015 - This wine comes out of the bottle quite muddy, so with a mesh screen, a slow pour, a bit of patience, it is a pleasant experience. The wine is deep, dark, but fruity, light tannins, an absolute pleasure. It opened up quickly, and we had it with a chicken stew, fresh steamed carrots and guacamole. Very enjoyable.
