March 24, 2015 - concur on the QPR value of this...tasted blind would rock peoples worlds....funny how the mental framing of a $12 bottle doesn't get me excited to drink it even though I know it's good. dark opaque purple, fruit forward concentrated. basically a deep chocolate covered cherry with kirsh, licquor, a little mint and menthol...more coating chocolate and a long finish. only knock is it's extracted, candied and a little hot. will take time to settle and will always be of the modern style.

4/10/15, 4:27 PM - Needed a couple of hours to open up (drank 4/9/15) but near the end we got the "deep chocolate covered cherry..." Very good note. Thanks. Bought a couple more bottles today. Will decant for sediment (first bottle threw a serious bunch) and let breathe for a couple of hours.
