  March 31, 2015 - One the nose: red fruit with pomegranate and blood orange withe some baking spice. This is juicey juice, and is meant to be guzzled. We drank it with a slight chill and the wine wasn't affected. Definitely reminded me of Beaujolais, perhaps Mr. Pfifferling uses Carbonic Maceration on this like his Tavel. Great juice!
