March 14, 2015 - Alsace and Austria Tasting: Lovely nose with floral musk and rose, pear, spice. Sweet fruit character works well with the saline and mineral line that cuts through. Full but with finesse. Improved a notch since the last time I tried this a year ago and should improve further.
