April 8, 2015 - Clearly at a higher level than the simple Sauvignon Blanc. Rich and complex nose of petrol, salt, peach skin, fresh cantaloupe melon, lilacs, acacia honey. Palate of yellow apples, under-ripe pineapple (green tones here), lemons, citrus maxima, quince, maracuja, some vegetal tones in the direction of green pepper. Light mouth feel, with the acid spiking into the palate mid-way. Very clean. The palate could go much further with more time in the cellar, but the nose is worth experiencing at this stage. This mixture of aromas is very seldom to experience.
