  January 16, 2015 - This wine was amazing! The nose had honey, sugar cane and hints of popcorn. It's very elegant throughout the night. The structure was very defined with layers and complexity. Absolutely gorgeous!

  4/22/15, 7:05 AM - Second tasting of this wine. The nose could have been lacking a bit and reserved, but the spectrum was great! The honey, popcorn, rice cracker and fruits were so there and they blossom! I love it but the nose could have opened up better with more aeration.
