  April 3, 2015 - Friday Night Double Blind Tasting $40+ (Bin 75): Dull crimson see through with brownish orange rim; caraway, slight soy, sarsaparilla, ketchup, fennel, sour cherry; thinning out a bit on the palate, sour cherry, dried orange peel, more fruit on the palate, slight note of tea, mushroom; this bottle was right near peak, the fruit on the nose seemed almost past peak but the freshness on the palate said it was still hanging in; good.
