  April 11, 2015 - Dark and still very tannic. I had high expectations for this and was a little let down in comparison. Maybe it was just too young, but I think lacked a little in complexity. Typical dark fruit profile for California cab and the most tannic of the wines tonight, which made it a good food wine with steak, vegetables & potatoes. I was just hoping for a little more excitement...
