  April 25, 2015 - This one pulled the wagon and is now an index point for all to be compared to going forward. Intense nose. Great layers with tannis that are already starting to laying down (don't know if I would cellar this vintage much longer). Finish is long. Paired with both a 1000 day aged gouda and parm/gouda.
