  April 25, 2015 - Stored at 55 degrees, humidity controlled, since release. Relatively little sediment upon decanting.
  Nose is lovey cabernet cassis, elegant but subdued.
  On the palate, this wine follows the nose -- elegant but not deep or complex enough to reach the 95 + level.
  Still drinking well, but probably will not improve, although 24 hours later (gassed) this bottle was almost as good as an hour after opening.
