  April 28, 2015 - Robe veloutée foncée, léger disque orangé.
  Bouquet cerise, fruits rouges, boisé.
  Au palais on sent aussi le bois épicé (muscade?), la cerise et la rondeur douce du cabernet sauvignon. Tanins présents sur la longueur, sans être agressifs. Très différent des 100% tempranillo espagnols. Ouvert et conservé au frigo, encore très agréable après 4 jours.

  Garnacha 70% - Tempranillo 20% - Cariñena 10% : source.

  5/4/15, 7:26 PM - C'est effectivement ce qu'on voit sur le site web du producteur: ''Garnacha 70% - Tempranillo 20% - Cariñena 10%:''
  Mais en le dégustant j'avais l'impression de reconnaitre le cabernet sauvignon et l'étiquette de ma bouteille (2006) affiche: ''Garnacha, tempranillo, carinena et cabernet sauvignon''.
  Peut-être cette année là l'assemblage a été différent..?

  5/4/15, 8:53 PM - That's funny, even the label on your bottle mentions the Cab that you taste in there - but no, I just went down to look at one of my two bottles left of this, and there is no Cab in there at all, and yes, it is 2006 too. Also I can find no mention of the Cab on the website. You have a mystery bottle !
