    October 21, 2007 - Alcohol: 12.5%
    Cork Type: Natural
Nose/Bouquet: nice black cherry and chocolate in the background
Flavor/Palate: Smooth Strawberry with hints of red raspberry. A complex body that is very full
Finish: soft tannins that turn away into almost butterscotch
    Color: Translucent Garnet Red
    Chill Factor: 60 F
    Decanter/Breathing time: 60 minutes
Potential: Could Cellar until 2011, but can drink right away
Food: Good before, during and after dinner. We drank it with various cheese
Overall Opinion: This is an Outstanding Pinot Noir. We would buy this vintage again by the case. A fantastic Wine at a Great price. Good for a beginner starting their cellar, but recommend for everyone. We drank this with friends on 10/20/2007 and we all raved about it
