  May 3, 2015 - Delicate, yet expressive nose of white flowers and flowered tea. Palate is considerably acidic, there's a purity here that was predominant for the first few hours after it was opened, but with some time, it really became expressive with notes of tart Apple, pear and a touch of vanilla. Should evolve into something quite nice.
