  May 16, 2015 - Decanted for an hour. Accompanying marinated sirloin steak tips for dinner. I thonk this is in a great place now. While the tannins are there they are in a complementary place. Lighter than I initially expected, it is very drinkable. I love this expression- not jammy or bigger than life. It's funny how I can almost sense where this is going to be in five years - light cedar overtones growing, and red fruits fading but still in balance. I would not give this a long life and think 2020 is a good back end of the best drinking window.
