  May 25, 2015 - Nose isn't overly expressive at the moment, though I do get cherry liqueur and a little fennel. Smooth, soft, silky, spicy, deep, dark fruit, anise, incredibly delicious. This is the apotheosis of New World Pinot -- it has all of those flavors, and though it's not acid-driven, it's still in balance. We have other styles in CA that you might prefer, but if you like this style, you'll love this wine.
