  May 30, 2015 - If you are going to drink this soon, please decant or open for at least an hour. We took this to a restaurant and it took almost an hour to open up. Once it did it was blueberry, chocolate, and citrus. Some vanilla and cream too. Great wine. Not sure that this has many more years in it.

  5/31/15, 7:12 AM - In my experience wines that need time to open up frequently do well with additional age. If you have any additional bottles they may really shine in a few years.
