  May 31, 2015 - Wow...two different wines. Upon opening; a typically low fruit, dry finish of a chianti classico. Excellent with food. I corked it and re-opened about 5 days later, and I have a fruit forward zinfandel with that same dry finish. I wish I had a few more of these for experiments.
