  May 25, 2015 - Third time tasted. This time not coming across quite as rich, though it was cold (direct from ice bucket), pop and pour and may have been a slightly newer disgorgement. Somewhere in the middle of the road stylistically between rich and lean. The nose features lots of green apple, mineral, lime, lemon, flint and a touch of coffee bean. Palate has well measured dosage, feeling like 8-9 g/l and high biting malic acid. A bit young, this NV could easily be one to age and I'm holding some for this reason.
