  June 15, 2015 - This wine has a lot to offer as an aperitif on its own, with tapas, or with a main course. I found it paired well with chicken as well as fish. It is more on the full-flavoured side for a fino. All the classic nuttiness along with freshness on the palate and a pleasant finish. A very good fino.
