  June 16, 2015 - Clear, perfect brass colour, white rim and indistinguishable tears in a wide, slow falling rim
  Clean, med- intensity, and aromas of ripe pears, honey, lemon, fresh cut hay.
  Dry, med- alcohol, no tannins, med acidity, med- body, light in complexity but working well with my sashimi. Further tastes of flat cider, Macintosh apples, camomile, sea salt, and lotus root. Med finish, great with fish.
