Community Tasting Note

June 15, 2015 - Ruby colour, doesn't look young. Nevertheless, decanted for 1h, drank over the next hour, and I think this is probably young, or needs a lot of air.... The nose is nice and you can tell this is a good wine, but it's too tight, there is something missing, and I think it's time (and perhaps more air before drinking when opening the botlle).

6/16/15, 1:27 PM - I think it needs a good 3-4 hours. I'm not so convinced it's necessarily going to improve though based on the tannin and acidity of my bottle. Hope you have another bottle (or six)! :)

6/17/15, 12:13 PM - Good, thanks for the comment. As you can see from my post I was in doubt about where the problem was, and I was willing to wait 3 or 4 more years before opening the next bottle. I have two left, and I'll try another one soon then.
