  June 15, 2015 - A wow experience. Totally balanced and moving towards perfect integration, this 2010 Brunello reveals a lovely fruit, abundant flowers, wet saddle leather and a profound minerality(!). The lovely nose is accompanied by an intriguing palate with rather vivid tannins. Still the balance between the differen components is striking. Acidity, fruit and tannins all speak with one harmonious voice. There is so much texture and structure, I am confident this wine is in it for the longer haul. It will only improve with time. A lovely acquaintance well worth seeking out.
