  June 16, 2015 - As a big fan of Blair Fox and Blair Fox Cellars, I purchased three bottles of various varietals of Fox Wine Co. of which Bin 805 was one. This is a light, bright red raspberry/strawberry, a tiny bit tart, fruit forward wine that was perfect for a hot summer evening. While it lacked a bit of structure and balance that I think you can find in a $25 bottle of wine it was still enjoyable. I think this wine is meant to be consumed upon release and don't see much benefit in keeping it long term. Drink up!
