October 31, 2007 - Decanted for 2 hours and served with black cod in parchment. Clear gold hue with a big minerally nose with some citrus notes. Beautiful balance of citrus and nutty flavors and wet stones, with moderate oak tones. Great acidity and length that hit just the right tone. Very beautiful and balanced wine that really highlighted the food.
