  June 21, 2015 - Serve not too cold. It has charming strawberry fruit plus some tangy green tropical fruit which is a bit reminscent of sauv. blanc.
  At low temprerature, the fruit is overpowered by the bubble. At room temrerature, it gained some sweet volume. Would like to pair it with fried oister.
