    7/8/15, 11:20 PM - Thanks for your comment. We would not imagine such a young Sassaicaia would be ready to sip now. However, good to hear from someone who tried! When do you think ready to sip? Our case will remain intact for several more years.

    7/9/15, 7:00 AM - I don't know Sassicaia wines all that well. The '11 feels to me that it has the fruit to further improve over the next 5-7 yrs or longer, depending on how mature you like your wines.

    7/9/15, 7:31 PM - Thanks. In our experience, Sassicaia has the some sort of ageing ability as most Grand Cru Classe en 1855 Bordeaux with notable exceptions of perhaps the 1st Growths. We will wait a few more years.
