  July 13, 2015 - Also tonight at Trio in Jackson Hole. PnP and singing from the get go. Tobacco leaf galore, raspberry, cedar, cassis, and smoke. Drinking great, no need to hold but I suspect this will be at this level for a good long while. Fortunately one left for another special occasion. Velvety and resolved. Great with Bison burgers and pizza.
