November 4, 2007 - Rich nose of blackberry and currants with spice and sage. Deep garnet in color. Well-balanced tannins carry flavors of cocoa, herbs,tobacco and dark fruits. Very complex, both earthy and fruity. Very nice pairing with cranberry-pork roast and sage mashed potatoes.
