  July 15, 2015 - Absolutely gorgeous wine. The perfect balance between RS and fruit/acid. Balanced. Throwing soem COs and tartaric acid on the cork. Hung beautifully. Lemon peel, honeydew, melon, apricot, petrol, honeycuckle, apples, lime pith. Absolutely ripping wine.
