  July 23, 2015 - My bottle is a bit past the drinking age but has been stored extremely well. I decanted for an hour, served with beefy, meaty, smoked ribs. Paired well, the spice in the wine, the smell of tobacco and the slightest hint of cherry. A hint of muskiness as the wine continued to open up. I started with 6 bottles of this over the years and this is the last bottle. Would make this purchase again.
