• Simple palate wrote: 90 points

  July 26, 2015 - Knowing the pedigree of this First Growth, the nose was soft "forest floor", finely balanced with soft tannin on the palate, medium finish.
  
  Slowly developed over an hour, then drifted off gently.
  
  On the whole, this did not wow. After all, 81 was a weak vintage.
