  July 28, 2015 - Incense and blueberries on the nose. Unlike other vintages this seemed to remain fairly unchanged for the first 6-8 hours of slow ox and also showed the best during this time period. Palate is black cherry and dark chocolate. Also a savory profile that really rounds this out. Menthol and a hint of smoke and charred dill. Round and mouthfilling. Full mid palate and very long finish. Wish I had a bunch more.
