  August 7, 2015 - Decanted for 1.5 hours. Enjoyed with pork tenderloin Heavy blackberry, with a bit of floral nose. Fruit dominates the palate early. Vanilla and rich sweetness fades to a slight vegetal finish. High viscosity with medium acidity holds its structure.
  
  Still needs time. More air time (2.5 hrs) improves the finish.
