  August 15, 2015 - Still alive. Typical old world Bordeaux style CS, though definiltly showing signs of aging, predominantly in the opaque amber nature of the outer rings and a color darker than you'd expect from a 7 yr old. All the usual spices, earthy, minerals and less fruity. Very well balanced and surprisingly soft tanins and faint acidity. The last of its kind, almost a shame to open.
