Finish: A complex body that is very full, soft harmonius and dry. mild oak
    Color: pale straw yellow

Potential: Could Cellar until 2008, but can drink right away
Food: Good before, during and after dinner. We drank it alone. We first tried it with salad.
Overall Opinion: This is an Outstanding Chardonnay. We bought 3 bottles. A fantastic Wine. Recommended for any cellar veteran. A nice investment. An excellent wine workout. Be sure to stretch it out, otherwise the alcohol will hit you hard like a bear. ;-)
