Flavor/Palate: Pineapple on the attack with a hint of lemon lime and other citris flavors. A hint of sweetness
Finish: A complex body that is very full, soft harmonius and dry. mild oak
Color: pale straw yellow

Decanter/Breathing time: 0 minutes, not necessary
Potential: Could Cellar until 2008, but can drink right away
Food: Good before, during and after dinner. We drank it alone. We first tried it with salad.
Overall Opinion: This is an Outstanding Chardonnay. We bought 3 bottles. A fantastic Wine. Recommended for any cellar veteran. A nice investment. An excellent wine workout. Be sure to stretch it out, otherwise the alcohol will hit you hard like a bear. ;-)3,548 views
