  September 6, 2015 - Rather dark for a pinot, crimson red. Incredible nose, no comparison to more classical earlier vintages, leather, yes, leather, sweet berries, sandalwood, sur bois. On the palate, very powerful, strong but ripe tannins, sweet berries. 100 pts in the making, probably in ten years, need to buy more bottles of this very scarce vintage
